Steven L. Thompson II is the Billing Manager and a foundational member of the leadership team at E.M. Branch & Associates, Inc. Having been with the practice since its inception, he specializes in overseeing the operational, financial, and facility management processes that allow the clinical team to thrive.

As a core organizational leader, Steven works closely with the agency’s owner—his mother—to implement the vision and mission of the practice. His work is primarily focused on ensuring that this family-centered organization continues to grow, develop, and provide seamless, supportive experiences for the adult clients they serve in the Beverly/Morgan Park community.

Steven is deeply committed to the foundational success of E.M. Branch & Associates. Beyond billing, he manages the facilities and spearheads various administrative initiatives to ensure the agency remains a welcoming, well-functioning environment for both the staff and the community.

His approach to leadership and operations is rooted in dedication, family values, and resilience. Guided by his personal philosophy that "Nothing beats a failure but a try," Steven helps build a strong foundation so the agency can continue to prosper. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, bowling, exercising, and traveling.
