Rebecca Tupas is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) who specializes in supporting adolescents, young adults, adults, college students, professionals, and seniors as they navigate life transitions, stress management, and relationship issues.

Seeing clients at the Beverly/Morgan Park location as well as via telehealth, Rebecca provides a safe, communicative environment where clients can truly feel heard. Her work is deeply focused on helping clients understand themselves better and develop the practical coping skills necessary to succeed and feel confident in their daily lives.

Rebecca is committed to guiding individuals through complex emotional challenges, frequently working with those facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and PTSD. Additionally, she provides affirming care for LGBTQIA+ individuals and tailored support for those navigating aging concerns.

Her clinical approach integrates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, and mindfulness-based therapy to foster healing and self-awareness. Guided by her personal philosophy that "Growth is not linear," Rebecca empowers her clients to embrace their unique journeys with patience and self-compassion.
