Owin S. Henry is a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes that real change begins with feeling truly heard and understood. Seeing clients at the Branch South Loop office, Owin works with a diverse range of populations, including adolescents, young adults, adults, couples, professionals, college students, and seniors. He specializes in treating anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, relationship issues, stress management, grief and loss, and young adult concerns. Dedicated to creating a supportive, judgment-free space where clients can be honest and grow at their own pace, Owin works collaboratively with them to explore patterns, build insight, and develop practical tools for everyday life. To facilitate this journey, he utilizes evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based therapy, solution-focused therapy, and marital/couples approaches. Guided by his personal motto—“Everybody has a story, we all just need someone to listen”—he empowers clients to move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
