Dr. Nikia Sledge is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Hypnotherapist, and organizational leader with a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership. She specializes in supporting individuals, couples, families, and professionals as they navigate life’s most complex transitions.

As Chief Operating Officer, Dr. Sledge provides therapy, hypnotherapy, relationship and couples counseling, executive coaching, and mental health consulting. Her work is particularly focused on supporting Black women, entrepreneurs, leaders, and high-achieving professionals.

Dr. Sledge is also deeply committed to fertility and reproductive mental health. She works with individuals and couples facing infertility, IVF, surrogacy, pregnancy loss, and the emotional complexities of building a family.

Her approach integrates evidence-based clinical practices with compassion, empowerment, and holistic wellness. She helps clients heal, strengthen relationships, and create lives that are aligned with their values, purpose, and goals.
