Carla D. Gray, MA
Carla D. Gray is a dedicated and compassionate clinician with a Master of Arts degree, experienced in providing individual, group, family, and couples therapy across diverse populations. Seeing clients via telehealth and in-person at both the Beverly/Morgan Park and Branch South Loop offices, Carla works with adolescents, young adults, adults, couples, families, and college students. She specializes in treating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, young adult concerns, and family reunification. Driven by a deep desire to help others feel seen, heard, and supported—particularly within underserved communities—she is especially passionate about supporting young women and individuals working to build healthier relationships and stronger emotional awareness. To foster meaningful change, Carla utilizes modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapy, psychodynamic therapy, solution-focused therapy, and marital/couples approaches. Clients can expect a collaborative, supportive, and empowering environment where she creates a safe, nonjudgmental space, meeting each individual where they are while gently challenging them to grow, heal, and develop practical tools for everyday life. Guided by her personal motto—“Helping individuals heal, rebuild, and strengthen the relationships that matter most, starting with themselves”—her goal is for clients to feel understood, respected, and confident in navigating life’s challenges. When she is not working, you can usually find Carla enjoying time with family and friends, exploring new places, and prioritizing rest and balance.
